Rules are in place at Eterna to ensure everyone’s safety. All participants must follow the rules and follow through with any instructions from our Eterna Staff. If any player is found breaking Eterna rules, they will first be corrected by our trained Staff. If the player continues to break the park rules, we reserve the right to evict that person from the park.

Highly trained staff

All Eterna staff have undergone first aid training and safety training.  Our Eterna staff are alert and active. They are quick to respond to any situation which can likely pose a risk, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Our inflatables are CE 14960 and ROHS compliant.

GENERAL RULES:

• Every person must have read and completed a Eterna waiver form before exploring and using our activities. For kids under 18, this waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Our indoor activities are not recommended for guests with the following conditions: Pregnancy, neck problems, back problems, heart problems, recent surgery or any history of physical condition that may be aggravated by these activities.
• Although Eterna has always trained Staff on all attractions children always remain their parent’s responsibility.
• Participant maximum weight is 90 kgs for the Inflatable Zipline and 80 kgs for the Inflatable Bungee.
• Kids 3 years old and below are only allowed in the Toddler Zone.
• Eterna grippy socks are compulsory and available on entry (reusable). They must be worn at all times.
• The player must always wear the valid-coloured wristband during play.
• Sharp objects, keys, loose items, jewellery, watches, hats, etc. must be removed from person.
• Eyeglasses should be secure.
• No external drinks or food permitted unless special permission is granted by management.
• Act in a responsible manner while using the Eterna activities, obeying all oral and written warnings.
• No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted.
• Foul language or profanity is not allowed.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron.
• Operators are not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.

AREA SPECIFIC RULES

Inflatable Climbing Wall

• Kids younger than 4 years old are not allowed to use this attraction.
• Participant minimum weight is 10 kgs and maximum weight is 80 kgs.
• Children 13 years and under must be always supervised by a parent or responsible adult guardian.
• A safety briefing is completed before you start, and the essential rules are also clearly visible at the entry point into the play zone.
• Clip ‘n Climb harnesses and Eterna approved grippy socks must be worn at all times when climbing (provided by Eterna).
• Participant must safely fit in harness.
• No climbing without being clipped properly into the harness.
• Long hair must be tied back.
• No horseplay. Operator reserves the right to expel participant from the attraction if exhibiting this behaviour.
• Always check for a climber above you.
• No food, drinks, gum or candy of any kind to be taken onto climbing walls.
• NO jumping off the wall
• Follow all the Eterna’s staff instructions.

 

Inflatable Zipline

• Participant minimum weight is 15 kgs and maximum weight is 90 kgs.
• Children 13 years and under must be always supervised by a parent or responsible adult guardian.
• A safety briefing is completed before you start, and the essential rules are also clearly visible at the entry point into the play zone.
• Clip ‘n Climb harnesses and Eterna closed toes must be worn at all times (provided by Eterna).
• Participant must safely fit in harness.
• Participants will not be allowed to use the zipline without being clipped properly into the harness.
• Long hair must be tied back.
• No horseplay. Operator reserves the right to expel participant from the attraction if exhibiting this behaviour.
• Always check to ensure no person is front of you.
• When you reach the other end please wait for an Eterna staff member to remove the harness.
• No participant is allowed to grab hold of the T bar as it approaches the other end.
• Participant to hold onto the T Bar with BOTH hands whilst in use.
• No food, drinks, gum or candy of any kind to be taken onto climbing walls.
• Follow all the Eterna’s staff instructions.

Inflatable Bungee

• Kids younger than 4 years old are not allowed to use this attraction.
• Participant minimum weight is 10 kgs and maximum weight is 80 kgs.
• Children 13 years and under must be always supervised by a parent or responsible adult guardian.
